Bridgeland

Neighborhood of the Week – Bridgeland, Cypress.

From 2006 to the present, Bridgeland has lived up to its reputation as a neighborhood with numerous titles and awards:

  • Best Landscape design 2020
  • The Best Selling Subdivision in 2019
  • Subdivision of the year 2019
  • The Best Parks and Recreation Area 2018

In my personal opinion as of a “Realtor who has seen a lot”, Bridgeland is high on the list of best neighborhoods 🙂

Bridgeland is a nature lover’s paradise.

The developers faced a serious task: to build a unique residential area, while preserving the natural landscape and ecosystem.

They definitely succeeded: on 3000 acres there are lakes, paths leading through forest belts and meadows for picnics, streams and, of course, indescribable landscapes just within walking distance from your home!

Among the many parks, Tree House Park is worth noting. A two-story house, nestled in the crown of a 100-year-old oak tree, will become the most beloved “secret spot” for both children and let’s be honest parents alike 🙂

More recently, a new amusement park Dragonfly Park was opened for residents of Bridgeland, where residents of the community can swim in the pool, float the lazy river, bungee jump, relax in hammocks, play basketball or cycle around the lake. There is also an event center and a gym in the park.

What could be better than to take a walk, go canoeing, fish from the pier or jog around the lake on Sunday morning?
With over 900 acres of lakes and streams … Bridgeland is a community with unique water features that give its residents the opportunity to engage in active sports, as well as simply observe nature close to home. There are about 100 species of birds in Bridgeland, making it ideal for bird watchers and nature lovers alike. It is also noteworthy that residents can even rent canoes and kayaks for free.
